This app unfortunately only works with unrooted phones but also requires a phone without boot loader enabled. It's a draconian measure & there will be people upset because many phones come with boot loader enabled for many valid reasons and disabling it may not work. User manuals are poor at telling the user must backup the profile to avoid losing everything, app is right now tied to specific device. They should communicate better. This is NOT a regular VOIP phone app. Once setup it works well.

Edit2: Okay, so it seems MySudo does, kinda, work on things like Graphene OS, as evidenced by the article linked, however you need a second device to transfer from (sadIy I don't have that). Also, your customer support ("Ethan") seems to be oblivious to this fact (I initially contacted customer support when I got an error signing up (before making a negative review)). [Original review talks about the lack of support for privacy preserving Operating System. Had to delete due to character limit.]

I paid for a phone number but it didn't appear, and support told me I didn't pay for it. My bank was charged. They gave me a "free" number, but I received an error message when trying to add it. I uninstalled the app to see if it would fix the issue, and am now unable to log back in. I need access to one of the emails for an expected shipment.

Unreliable, buggy call function which defeats the purpose of the app. Keeps missing calls from overseas and sometimes even domestic U.S. calls. The phone/app never rings. The only notification is the "missed call" message in the app. I missed job interview calls from overseas because of Sudo's call failure--the person called twice but there were no notifications until the "missed call" message. I have cancelled my subscription. I've always had notifications turned on in the app and my phone.

No Virtual Cards on Android. Deal breaker. The existing functionality is fine. Works great. But the fact the most lucrative feature isn't available but the same price as iOS is kinda lame. That's like charging $10 for a sandwich on one side of town and $10 on the other but leaving out the meat and cheese lol. Just dumb. If you need burner emails and phones it's great. Payment masking. Unless. Paid $15 to find out lol. Bleh.
