I was under the impression that the app user would control which photos were displayed on the frames, which would be very useful for buying frames for relatives with lower interest in managing photos and/or less tech-oriented. As it stands, however, it seems that the frame owner is responsible for managing the photos - making the entire setup pretty useless imo. Not to mention the poorly designed UI and strange limitations (why can you only send 10 images at once?).Aug 02, 2025 09:22:40

Not at all conducive to sharing photos since the only path is via my phone. Most of my photos are on my PC. Can't find a way to delete photos from the Frameo. Adding viewers is clumsy & not easy. Need PC interface to allow administration of the photo collection. Need more native controls to adjust photos.Aug 02, 2025 00:17:31

Intermittent reboots on my frame but my mother's frame is pretty much useless. After a reboot it connects to wifi but only for a couple of minutes, until the next reboot. And yes it has an excellent WiFi signal, it's with 5 ft of the router. The frame needs to allow static IP addresses.Aug 02, 2025 00:16:47

I'm a new user to Frameo having been given the frame as a gift. It wasn't the one I wanted as I wanted direct links from storage app, but hey ho. The prices to add 10 photos at a time is LABORIOUS. east to improve though: create filters for the photo files (date taken, loaded or not, etc. otherwise the first load to your frame is so painful you end up not bothering to load old pictures. Which is the point: I have photos already that I want to see; buy a frame to show them; list them; see them.Aug 01, 2025 16:16:07

The framed photo is such a great gift and the Frameo App is so easy to use. I'm 72 and if I can do it anyone can. My husband can watch the photos all day (except when football is on, then he glances at it from across the room between plays. Super tool to share moments with the elderly who are far and not tech savvy. But for same reason, it would be great to be able to delete photos on a connected frame via the app. Then I could manage entirely their content which they are unable to do on the physical device.
