Installed yesterday and it worked. It synced with the car today. Then, all of the sudden, I can't log in into the app anymore. I receive an expired certificate message telling me that for security reasons my account has been disconnected and that I should update my application. I can't update as I'm already on the latest version. I killed it and reopened it. Same result. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same result. Changed password. Same result. Totally unreliable, crashes frequently, laughable translations, links to support services that doesn't exist. So bad it sours the whole car experience. ETA: To the media people who've answered this review: I have already submitted two service requests regarding your app's bugs, to two different contact addresses I found via your app, but none have been answered or solved. Every update seems to make it worse. Journeys are still being shown in kilometres despite being annotated as miles. Now the latest version does not show proper addresses and has now inserted 'United Kingdom' into every address including historical ones. I have exported my data, deleted the app and reimported, but it makes no difference. You are well aware of these problems so the standard response is not required and I am at a loss to understand why it cannot be fixed.2024-05-02 20:43:03

About as useful as a chocolate fireman. The functions in the app for petrol car are limited to start with but the app basically never connects to the car, so all the other functions are useless. You can't see where you've parked it, because the last connection wasn't when you last drove it. It can't monitor maintenance intervals because the milage is not registered correctly because, you guessed it - it hasn't been connected. Has all the right stuff, but it connects to the car when it feels like it sometimes! *Update* Updates my android phone regularly now so I've upped the stars to 4, however, I inadvertently put the decimal point in the wrong place for the fuel price and now it says my fuel cost is £900 for the day! As others have commented, the app has stopped connecting to the car completely since the last (1.22.0) update. Connection was sketchy before then, often requiring a forced stop and/or clear cache before retrieving driving data. My phone (a Moto G7) continues to connect to the car without issue, for calls and streaming. A shame, because when it is working it's really fun to use. Automobiles Citroen: please don't leave a message asking me to complete a web form, you should have enough information now to realise something has gone seriously wrong with the update.
