The "TREND" is your Friend. This App helps me maximize my 11 hr clock right down to the wire with 80% guaranteed available parking upon arrival of my planned destination. Just wish we could get rid of the jokers that post the wrong answers. Maybe by omitting the free points or give points to paid members only. The app is great. I use it every day. The reason for two stars is that there are issues that have not been resolved. Such as not finding available routes, constant reroute, and when parked, not able to know how many hours are left on a drive. Also, I would like to give an opinion. The voice is helpful, and there is an option to mute or select alert! only. I would prefer a happy medium where it tells when to take an exit. Like, for example, exit (such 'n such) in 3 miles. Whatever changes they made within the past week they've taken an almost unusably buggy app and made it into an absurd, poorly designed mess. Screen space wasted. Once comprehensible map keys now a jumble of icons and strangely colored routes. Guess it's time to get a Garmin because this app is useless now.2024-05-03 00:34:24

No voice commands, so if you're not paying attention, watching the screen instead of the road you will miss your exits. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS S NONEXISTENT! YOU GET AN AUTO REPLY, BUT NO ACTUAL HELP, THEN IN A FEW DAYS YOU GET ANOTHER ZENDESK COMPUTER GENERATED AUTO MESSAGE THAT YOUR TICKET IS ABOUT TO BE CLOSED IF YOU DON'T RESPOND TO THE TICKET. AFTER CLICKING THE LINK AND REPLYING TO THE TICKET YOU STILL GET NO HELP, JUST ANOTHER AUTO MESSAGE THAT YOUR TICKET IS CONCLUDED! I'M READY TO CANCEL!2024-05-01 11:47:13
