This is my second query in the last month. A friendly consultant assisted me in May whereafter I could place my order without any problems. However, I am once again not able to log into my account to place an online order. Keep getting error messages, from account not found to incorrect email address. Also unable to reset password as per one of the messages advising that Dischem have changed their login system. Send an email, no response. This is very frustrating. Please fix the problem. Apps is terrible. It does not want to log in with Facebook, it keeps giving an error. I then created an account but every time I click to shop it takes me to the log in screen, I log in, but as soon as I want to add to my cart, it goes back to the log in screen. Prefer the browser due to multiple issues with the app. I had downloaded the app ages ago but I don't use it much because I have a much better user experience using the browser on my pc and phone. I have been trying to get onto the app to check the Disney stickers for the last few weeks to no avail. App does not recognize my account, tells me details are incorrect and further doesn't even pick up my cell phone number. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but no success.
