Be aware of using this app, it scam people, if you sale something and select the least amount of fee it will charge you the highest amount. I've listed cars here and selected the lowest plan which was the 25 dollars and all the sudden I saw a 500 dollars was taken from my account when I called they told me it was for listing the cars, I told them I selected the lowest plan and they insisted that I didn't and that I selected the highest amount. Forced me to update to list an item, app is updated, cache is cleared, app restarted several times, still says I need to update to list something. I ended up having to Uninstaller and reinstall the app in order to get past the update prompt. Although I still am not a fan of the app due to how expensive it is to lost an item. App won't stop crashing. I can't scroll past more than 10 listings before it crashes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone but it didn't work. Really frustrated overall and won't use the app because I can't use the app. Developer probably launched too soon.2024-04-20 19:53:49

Just installed the app. Only way to respond to a message received on our car we are selling was thru eBay Motors app. Won't let us log into our account 99% of the time to respond. Occasionally we can log in from the link in the email. Not a handy app for sellers at all. Thank you, I just called the number and received excellent help. Login is definitely buggy! terrible.. terrible... TERRIBLE. Never in my life would I have EVER thought my account would be suspended because I didn't "verify" information. And now that I have tho knowledge that I have to I CANT make it make sense please. Oh also let's not forget the terrible customer service from a worker called.
