Worst experience. Ordered a new Logitech F310 gaming pad but received an old product wrapped in bubble wrap without original brand packaging. Bill and warranty card also missing and the product has a lot of scratches and discoloration as it has already been used a lot. This was my first experience with shopclues but I am returning the product and never buying from them again. One of the worst shopping apps. No customer support. If you have ordered something there is no fix date when it will be delivered and if you try to raise the ticket there is no response from them. I ordered two things one of them is delivered which is a wrong product and the other one is not delivered nor even shipped, its way past than the delivery date.2024-04-05 12:09:10

First of all my order was prepaid then it wasn't delivered at expected date and when it got delivered delivery executive collected it again saying there is some system error regarding payment mode though on my pack it was printed that the order was prepaid.since then i am trying to email you been trying to talk tp customer care but nothing. Have tried to cancel but also couldn't happen...This is just worst experience ever !2024-04-05 07:41:00

I hav ordered for a product and the one delivered was an entirely different one. So Please don't use this app.. Worst app for shopping.. They are faking customers showing one product and delivering something else... Very much disappointed of this experience. I wish if i could give a negative rating. Also worst customer care.. Had a very awful experience. Ordered something else but received something else. The socks that I received were totally different from what was displayed.
