Phone doesn't show the body of the email. Only sender details, date and the receiver information! I'm using Samsung galaxy S20. As suggested, I deleted the app and reinstalled. Now it won't allow me to login. I selected: Login with Yahoo, and the white page appears and nothing happened! Can't login now! From laptop/computer or phone browser it's fine, no issues. Just had a really frustrating experience with this app. It somehow signed me out of my account on my phone. Kept asking for a security pin I didn't have. I couldn't sign in any other way, and I uninstalled the app. Afterwards I immediately got an email explaining that I had turned off the account key feature for my device, something I never had on in the first place, and that going forward I would need to use my password (which I had been using for years). S**t, I have tried to log in to my account multiple times after changing password and it goes in a big loop, I have tried everything that is advised on the website and no joy. I have tried calling yahoo but the number does not work or does not register you pressing the buttons. No support out there for users. The back arrow causes the app to freeze up, rendering all input useless. A pop up then appears saying to close app or wait. Also...Periodically, my email just disappears. It returns after I reset the phone. Un-installing and re- installing did not fix either problem. I would switch to Gmail except I've had this same email forever and it's too much trouble to change now.Jul 10, 2025 04:49:45

I can't send emails without allowing the Yahoo app to have access to my phone's contacts list... Since when? More digital spying. Way to go Yahoo, you officially suck.... Hate it keeps reinstalling its 293kb of notification sounds- that don't even work. The notification envelope used to stay at the top of my screen until I cleared it now it disappears immediately so if I'm not looking at my phone I have no idea I have an email when I look at screen unless I open the app. No point in the app if I don't get a notification.
