!!!I wouldn't use this app for anything other then coupons!!! More then 3 times I've placed a shipping order and it will say "can't process" and I try a few more times and then I go check my bank and it has taken out money Everytime I tried to process it even though it did place on the app. Then it takes 7+ days for your money to go back to your account and customer service can't do anything about it. Whenever I try to use this app, it stalls and spins and will not let me complete the purchase. I have to reenter my information over and over. I just gave up after 7 tries with no errors! I work at Joann fabrics as cashier. RECENTLY, Zmany customer apps are not loading the coupons to scan. I also have the same issue, at store and at home. I have googled problem solving from clearing cache and history, refreshing the app, allowing data, non wifi use, and restarting phone everytime I try a new potential solution.
