After traveling at least 50 +times in Taxi f i observed it takes maximum possible longest route with high traffic so they can charge the customer little extra . Everytime I need to keep eye on road to instruct driver to tel which route to take else I ll end spending more time on road. this just adds extra stress in the morning. The worst ever, the taxi driver kicked me out and ended the drive in the middle of the way bcoz he found out that he will be paid by credit card not cash and they even deducted from my credit card and when I contacted customer service 5 times every time they say we will contact you back which didn't happen since month I don't feel safe anymore to use this app Not recommended at allllllllllllJun 10, 2025 13:59:42

Very bad experience, I will never recommend to other. I had book taxi at at 2:20 pm and fair was 2.88 kwd >> driver was confirmed my trip at 2:23pm while he was very far from me >>> finally he was pickup me at 2:45 pm from my location. My concern is, he should not confirmed my ride untill arrived to pickup point because since he was late for 20 minutes I was unable to cancel booking and he was not cancelling even I requested him.
