I went to physically update my nin to change my name. Now when i want to view my digital id card, my picture is not showing!!! The NIN website and portal have been down for months now. After inputting the NIN number, the next page would not open again. It always pop up "connection time out. Please try again later". You guys should work on your app abeg. The app has so many bugs..first I paid my Remita then I had to copy my RRR for payment validation, after clicking the copy to clipboard icon it was my to that was copied not the RRR, I then had to pay AGAIN, this time I had the same problem but I used another phone to snap the RRR since it couldn't be copied. The second problem was that after validating my payment I could not download my NIN slip, it kept on sending me to an error page, telling me that the webpage is not available.2024-04-01 18:38:21
