The Bite: Revenant drops players into the decadent, dangerous world of vampire aristocracy, a choice-driven narrative where survival depends on quick adaptation, political cunning and the careful use of newly acquired powers. You begin as a newcomer thrust into an underworld of decadence and depravity, aided at first by a mysterious stranger, then forced to learn the rules of scheming nobles, shifting allegiances and high-stakes intrigue. Fans of story-heavy adventures will appreciate the moral complexity, branching consequences and character-focused gameplay that reward replayability and thoughtful decisions.

Disadvantages
❎ Player preferences may not persist after closing the game and the Load Game menu can default to the first page.

❎ Mods may break following the backend rework; players could need to disable mods or restart their playthrough.
Version Information
v0.930 changelog: a new story chapter was added (it ends when you are teleported back to your room), a large amount of backend code was reworked and recompiled, some choices were retroactively changed (the game provides a menu to re-do affected choices), glossary information was expanded to show NPC progress, and the inventory interface was expanded to include a shopping interface that is not yet active in-game.
Known issues: player preferences do not persist after closing the game and the Load Game menu defaults to the first page; loading certain older saves may trigger an engine rollback error after the code changes—try different save slots or check Autosaves for valid files. One player choice currently has flipped results (no gameplay effect) and will be fixed in a future update. Mods may need to be disabled or reworked to function with this release of The Bite: Revenant.
