The gameplay is sloooow, you have to do hidden object levels over and over to progress. And you need energy to do the smallest tasks, and you run out of energy fast. You'll play about 5 minutes on a full bar. Was hoping there'd be more forensic puzzles, you know, matching fingerprints or DNA. The mini games are so mini, you'll complete them in seconds. I would have given five starts because I absolutely love this game and the series. However, the rewards are just too small for the amount of effort put in it. For example, the knife symbol, I never understood the essence of it even when I played it before. The energy too is too much for one game, 10 energy is fine for a play, especially if the wheel spinning would only give you 10 energy. 20 energy is too much. Then there is the Facebook issue. The game is fun. The graphics are good. And it's interesting enough. One major complaint that ruins the entire thing is the number of ads. There are back to back ads between stages/sections. There seem to be random periodic ads. There are ads to get additional energy or to spin the bonus wheel, which makes more sense but becomes overwhelming. Loved in until the ads returned. I paid the $7.99 not to have ads pop up between every single action. Worked great until today, when the ads returned. I tried clicking "restore purchases" says it worked, but it didn't. Tried to purchase it again. Wouldn't let me because I already owned it, which caused the game to freeze. Disappointing really. Game is great and all but i wish they had let you continue to go to other cities without changing games for new players like us because there are elite outfits which require more than 56 rings that we want to be able to get. There is an unofficial way to get to the other cities without the standalone apps by using older versions but the problem is that these older versions do not contain updated audio, visuals and the new avatar exclusives which i think is needed as the soundtrack gets boring.Jun 19, 2025 17:08:24

Fun to play. Each scene is entertaining but wish there was more energy capacity without having to have a weekly subscription. It takes much too long to make progress without purchases.
